Tabasco is too vinegary for my taste. Dave's Insanity Sauce is a tomato based hot sauce.

I put three drops in a bowl of chilli and licked the spoon.

I love Tabasco, but I have a feeling that Insanity stuff is way much HOTTER! LOL!

I saved the 4 drops for the sub sandwich... It's great when you smear it like mayo on a sandwich.

Yes, hot sauce is good in Mayo. When I had a husband here, he would make mayo with Black Widow. It was good.

What is Black Widow? I am hearing names of sauces I never hear of. We have Louisiana Hot Sauce here also a number of others. I do like to try new ones.
