Recently diagnosed with leukemia my baby sister is not ready to meet Jesus.
She was baptized in Jesus name in the late seventies but never received the Holy Ghost but has visited only a few times to the Pentecostal Church we happen to be going to at the time. Just recently she called and said she wanted to come visit and go to church with us. Just before the diagnosis.

We are in the process of moving to another city near Tyler to help a home missions work and Pastor there and have not yet been able to have her come but plan to do so as soon as we get moved.

There is a move of God on in our family as Warrior4Him had 10 of my family members visit her church (not my baby sister yet)
and God greatly moved on them last Sun. Night. They are suppose to come back this Thurs. night to fellowship with W4H again. I ask all of you to pray my baby sister will come with them and receive the Holy Ghost.

I don't ask God to spare her but to save her. If He sees best to heal her also I would rejoice but I would rejoice more to the saving of her soul before departing this life.

We are stepping out by faith from our comfort zone to work the fields around Troup Tx. for Jesus and I believe God will take care of our families' salvation as Nightwatchman and I work for Him.

Pray for us both as we need jobs to live and work there and we only want God's will in the situation.

Thank You and Bless all in Jesus Name.
Love Ya' in Jesus!!.....Cherokee

I'll be praying Sister, and feel that your baby sister will be fine!
She can have salvation, and then healing. How wonderful that sometimes, when it rains, "it pours"! :D

A similar scenario is happening at our church, with one by one, members of an extended family, are coming. One was baptized two days ago, we're having a prayer meeting at his house tomorrow night. Many family members came for the baptism. Our co-pastor really stressed in his sermon, the name of JESUS baptism being the only scriptural way, hallelujah!

People of the world, can put up a big "fight" when considering salvation, wanting to go to heaven , but not wanting to leave their set ways. Several of these do NOT like our church holiness ways at all- (women of course)l! Its a personal decision, we can't make 'em WANT to follow Jesus., to leave the world behind, take up their cross, and follow. YET, we are praying and fasting for these and many more. GOD alone knows all.
