TB SCARE.... Got tested and have a rash and bumps get results today...

I got my TB test a few days ago and go in today to get my test results and my DH will get his TB test...

I am very nervous I know that maybe I shouldn't be but I am.

I was not suppose to get the area wet and I forgot that and showered twice :cry:

Now the area is RED and kinda lumpy... I don't know what this means but Dr. M told me hes looking for large lump under the skin.

Oh Jesus let me and my family be healthy.

I have a 3 year old DD and a 4 month old DS, I am nursing my DS, I hope that I haven't made my children sick. Both of my children just got over the Croup which is a real hoarse cough. DS still has it a little...

Please pray for me and my family. I am starting an In Home Day Care and that is why we needed to be tested in the first place.

Forgive me I don't mean to ramble. :(

I need all your prayers please.

Yes, I pray that it just be a 'scare' that will result in firmer measures to prevent spreading whatever you might pick up as a nurse. Children are so susceptible to things.
BUT our JESUS can rebuke all those things that may harm them. LORD, heal this whole family!

A +TB skin test doesn't mean you got active TB, just that you have been exposed to it somewhere. If it is + they will do a chest x-ray to rule out active TB and every thing will then be cleared.

Just pray and don't worry.I did the shower thing too and it irritated it to no end.I am also allergic to the stuff in the bandaid so it could be alot of things.hang in there.lv sis.c

Well it was a positive test but Dr.M said he thinks that its not because I have TB but that I have come into contact with someone that does have it.

It will be ok I am putting it into Jesus' hands. :tup:
