I couldn't find that Wierd Hairdo's thread so maybe you might have to move this somewhere. Don't know if it can go with "Hair Care" thread.
I have found very nice up/down "do". You know I am a hair freak flunky. LOL.
Either roll your hair in hot rollers or curlers what ever you do and comb your hair upside down, just lightly with a perm comb. Then pull the front back in a large barrette at the back of your head leaving tendrils to curl around your face at each side. Put a banana clip in the back of your hair and pull it up and hook it above the barrette. It won't slip down this way and dig into your neck. Take your fingers and put them under the part of your hair that you pulled back in front of the barrette. Pull it up until you get a pouf the height that you want. Take your curling iron and curl each tendril by your face toward your face. Voila, cascading curls down your back. With a pouf sisters, finally.
