I would like to hear the thoughts of the Ministers and Pastors here on the subject of "opening your pulpit to trinitarian preachers or speakers?
This may seem to you as a Ignorant question but in the multitude of counsolers there is wisdom.

It isnt meant to be a rhetorical Question, and i was a little Vague...However maybe i should clarify it.
Would an Apostolic Minister invite someone as Dr. Dobson , or Chuck Swindoll or the like to speak in their pulpit?
Knowing that they are Trinitarian but have good things to say?
I will check that thread also..thanks
I am not trying to be dense or arbitray on this subject. I just have some personal thoughts that i want to compare to those that are called to be pastors and Watchmen

I was in a discussion with craigert in the above thread, in a nut shell I like to ask this question, "Would you let a sinner behind your pulpit?" The answer should be "No." If that is the case then why would a Pastor let a Trinitarian behind their pulpit, they are not saved according to scripture. I'd like to quote a preacher I heard last year "Why are we so concerned with building a bridge to the trinitarians? I agree that trinitarians need to be saved, but let them come through the waters of seperation as we did!"
TSA, I hope that answered your question, at least on how I feel about it anyway. Others feel differently, but that is my stance.

Bro. Ballard,
Wonderful points. It bothered my soul a great deal when a few years ago a major Apostlic church had a speak over a conferance who was a trinitarian.

In His Name!!!I have to agree with this. I don't want my children to see a trinitarian behind the pulpit in what appears to be an authoritative role. It implies that they and their doctrines are endorsed by the church leadership. I think it blurs the lines. Too much for me, anyway.
Now, if someone was visiting and the pastor let them stand up and "testify" or greet the congregation from their seat, I think that might be alright.

:) LOL....I didn't mean it quite like that! I agree with you quite often.
What I meant was, even though I have quite a few trinitarian friends, including some really good singers, musicians, teachers, preachers, etc., and as much as I would love to hear some of them in our pulpit, I have to agree with you that it isn't a good idea, mainly because I think it implies a mixed message. (especially to our children)
