Dress standards

I'm new here and I'm just wanting to get a straight answer about why apostolic/pentecostals believe that only dresses and skirts acan be worn by the ladies. Nowhere in the Bible have I ever found a verse that states that a woman can not wear pants. I am currently going to a UPC church and I do wear pants and capris but I won't wear shorts or tank tops or sleeveless shirts. I won't wear anything that goes above my knees either. I just am trying to understand why the apostolic and pentecostals believe this stuff. Thank you.
