For getting the e-mail to work again and e-mail us when someone has posted in a thread that we are subscribed to.

Boy it makes it a lot easier to keep track of our conversations.

Thanks again for making it happen.

Some people just want MORE, more, more....to infinity! :D

p.s. FTR: I think things are fine the way they are, we DO get to attach an avatar, good enough for me! (some other smilies would be nice though...but never mind..we do have a lot, true ). And ditto the thanx about the email thingy, although its driving me nuts!

I posted a question a couple days ago. :o Now I can't remember where I put it. Must be the age :D So... I'm going to post it again and put it where I won't forget. hehe I'm forever putting things in a "safe place" so I won't lose it and forgetting where the "safe place" was.

Can someone explain what all the icons mean? Not the smilies. They speak for themselves. I mean the ones on the main page that lists all the threads.
Also, where do you guys get the pics from?
And... I'm wondering why I get emailed 2 or 3 times for the same message.

Not yet on the image with signature - hey, be happy, I was going to restrict avatar sizes to 50 x 50 pixels!

Marie - You can set your picture in your profile.

Xerf are you out there?

:) (sigh)
I can't believe how quickly I've become attatched to my Bro and Sis here. It ought not to be, but I feel closer to you all than anyone in my home church. I feel that I can talk to any one here about things that I wouldn't talk to my Sis and Bro here. ( Did that make sence?) I'm going to have to eat my own words that I spoke to one of my "adopted" daughters! I was scolding her for always going off to meet some guy she had "met" on the net. I told her that you can't really get to know someone and be so close to someone you have only talked to for a few days on the net. :o  Guess I was wrong. MUNCH MUNCH MUNCH CHEW CHEW CHEW . YUK! :p I don't particularly like the taste of my own words.

You are a pretty special group of people!

 Sis Marie, I like you! You fit right in, I am glad you have joined us here on the Cafe. I meant to tell you this yesterday, but I have been busy, kinda just poppin in and out when I got the chance.

I know exactly what you mean about meeting people online. I have made some wonderful friendships that I hope will last a lifetime.
I recently began meeting (I am single BTW) good Christian men online, and it is totally freaking my family out. They just don't understand. I have learned how to swap pics back and forth, and made up a webpage about ME! It actually can be a ton of fun. I have even found and been chatting with several right here in my State, and plan to meet people at IN camp. The internet is a great thing, otherwise I might not ever get to meet such wonderful people. soooo..... Just keep munching and chewin' on those words! :)

Forever
I can honestly say that I have never enjoyed any fellowship more than here! When I go to bed at night, I lay there thinkin about all the arguements..uh.. I mean discussions:D and going over the Scriptures over and over. I don't think I have ever had so much fun studying the Bible!:o (or should I be admitting that?):o
These discussions really make you dig, but it is sooo enjoyable! Sometimes my belly gets sore from laughing so much!
I had better go, your beginning to look fuzzy around the edges! (a sign that I've been sitting too long. sigh:( )
See you tomorrow
Love you all

Sister,
I am avoiding all the funny stuff because I am sitting here in "Stitches" (literally) already! More sore belly is the last thing I need!

O2blikehim,
Stitches? Whattzup with you brother? Hope your getting better.

Marie,
Some of the discussions go over and over in my head too. I end up stirred up trying to remember why I believe what I believe. It makes me dig into the Word and study also. I have been surprised at some of the things I have found there. I have heard things taught all my life, but have the hardest time trying to find the information. It takes more than just reading the Bible to pull out some things. Before coming here, I had never done more than just read the Word. My Dad would be so proud of me. I wish he were alive, I would be picking his brain a lot.
Sometimes I stay on here so late, I am fuzzy in the head the next morning. I have to get up early, so there has been times this week I have operated on little over two hours sleep. Not good for me. I am a zombie.

Oh no! I'm sorry Bro! I will try to be serious.
:grumble: :grumble: :grumble: :grumble:
It's not working.
I'm sorry, I couldn't resist. I tried that with my daughter (to frown) last night. It worked until I looked at her.;) My kids will tell you that I smile even when I'm angry. I can't help it, my face muscles are very rebellious! they do this :D When they should be doing this:grumble:

I will pray that you recover quickly!

Forever, I know exactly what you mean! The time goes very quickly. I used to go to bed by 10. Now I'm lucky if I get there before 1!
