Dearest Father in Heaven, we ask your forgiveness this morning for any way that we have sinned against you in word, in thought or in deed. We forgive anyone who has hurt us in any way. We come to you in the righteousness of Jesus Christ our Lord. We bring you the worship of our hearts, the praise of our lips and the prayer requests of our loved ones and friends. We come, in faith, expecting you to hear and answer our prayers and receive our worship in the beauty of your holiness. We adore you Father. We offer you our lives as our reasonable sacrifice for you to employ for the furtherance of your Kingdom on earth. You are the King of Glory, Almighty God, The Great Physician, Rock of Ages, our Provider, our Comforter, and we acknowledge our complete dependence on you. Dearest Lord, move upon the sick, the injured, the lame, those emotionally distressed, the dying, the bereaved with your godly comfort and compassion. Extend your mercy and heal them, O Lord, and make them a Praise and a Glory for you. We bind the strong man as we come against cancer in all its forms. We come against every form of addiction. We speak a Word to those trapped by harmful substances that are destroying their lives and affecting their families as well. Be Healed. Be Delivered. We come against the broken marriages and divorces that are destroying family life as we know it in our nation and in the world. We speak a Word to those in such situations. Honor your commitments, keep yourself pure from inordinate affections, adulteries and anything that keeps you from keeping your vows before God, our Creator. Where there is abuse, Father, we ask for the abused to be separated and protected and for the abuser to be dealt with according to your will. Be with those who are dying, Lord. Comfort and send your Angels to accompany them on this final chapter in their lives. Succor and comfort those who are bereaved. We speak Peace to them. Should you tarry, and when it comes our time to leave this planet, let us leave and be received in joyful anticipation. We pray for all the ministries who have asked for prayers. Give them the material and physical help they need to do their appointed tasks to your glory. For those ministeries that have special needs, we pray that you will provide that which they are praying for. Lord, we pray that those needing jobs will find them today, and that those who have need for help in any form will receive it. If they are led, give them the courage to ask for assistance from those who can provide it through you. Lord, we ask all these things in the wonderful, beautiful, glorious, magnificent name of Jesus Christ, our Lord. We ask fervently, expectantly, for we believe not only that you ARE, but that you delight in giving aid to your children, and are moving on these requests before we even ask. May it all be to your blessed and eternal Glory. Amen.
