Salvation/Holy Ghost

My question is, can a person have the Holy Ghost after being baptized in Jesus name without having the evidence of speaking in tounge yet?

I would have to answer as the bible does.
They heard them speak with other tongues as the Spirit gave them utterance.
That was the sign then and its not changed.lv sis.c
