17 young folks received the baptism of the Holy Ghost for the first time at the ALJC TX Youth Camp, and many more were refilled....
Our daughter Elisabeth was one of them...Praise the Lord...she prayed in the Holy Ghost for over an hour....and leaped for joy...when she finally was able to speak in English...she came up to me...and said...Momma...it's rrrrrreeeeeaaaallllllll......I got it...I got the Holy Ghost...just like he promised!
Sorry, trying to hold back the tears....Thank you Jesus !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We had another miracle happen when a false accusation was made about the camp, concerning two young men that were expelled from camp for threatening another teen.
An inspector showed up, and she stated that she had received false accusations concerning the camp after checking everything out. There was one permit that we lacked though, because of the large amount of elementary children we had, we needed a different permit..which totaled $750.00 and it had to be paid that day or they would have to close the camp.
Bro. Chapman called for a prayer meeting and afterwards told the need to the youth...and a love offering was taken up...that totaled over $1100.00...
Praise the Lord for giving hearts...some fasted thier evening meals for the rest of the camp so they could give all they had...
I am just so proud of our Youth here in Texas, it really blessed my heart to know that they gave their best for the Lord....
Praise the Lord for Apostolic/Pentecostal Youth.....by their giving and creating an atmosphere of worship and praise, my daughter received the baptism of the Holy Ghost...I am eternally grateful...God is sooo good.
Just had to share this good report, we give all the glory and the honor to our Lord and Savior and coming King Jesus Christ....
